The lettings manager Carly, is rude, patronising and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never return to Haart due to the service I received from her. Her team themselves were fine, but because of her obnoxious attitude, I will never use them again.

The selling process is always a difficult experience so we wanted an estate agency that was pro-active with its sellers and buyers. Our experience with the team has always been a positive one from when the property first went on the market to its sale. We were very impressed that Patrick had the details of the property online on various websites the same night after taking the photographs. All my queries with Patrick were always answered promptly and directly, either by a telephone call or email. We have had regular feedback from the team regarding viewers which was very helpful. Jake was usually the one who spoke to me about viewers and showed them around. We have found him to be very polite, helpful, friendly and punctual. Leslie took on the efficient role of finalising the sale of the property; we were very impressed that he communicated with us at times that were outside normal office hours! We would definitely recommend haart to others.
