I would strongly suggest that you avoid this organisation at all costs.There senior management do not follow their own company policies . The more people write honest reviews of this organisation the more their reputation and brand will suffer and unfortunately this is the only way to get this organisation to change.Do not be afraid to take legal action
I looked into purchasing a property 20 heathleigh drive, Langdon hills. Our surveyor says it looks like it has subsidence and is cracking again. I told Haart and they said I need to provide proof. They still have it for sale Sept 2018
