Very nice place to stay. The bedroom was adequate and the menu was very good. Staff were very polite and friendly
Was there for 4 nights. Was supposed to have a double bed and there was none available, the room was so small that I had to just walk around the single bed to go from one side to the other. Arrived late and there was no one to open the door. The bed Light did not work, the heater did not turn off and the Windows was locked, asked this to be sorted and took 2 days and 3 different requests for this to be solved. The breakfast is fabulous, one of the best I ever had. In the overral, will not be my first choice for a next time.
We have just got back from a stay at The North Hill hotel, it was myself, my husband and my mother in law so we booked 2 rooms. Both of our rooms were on the ground floor. The rooms could not have been cleaner and better equipped. We all thoroughly loved the rooms and breakfast was also perfect. Due to my mother in law not being overly mobile we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and again cannot rate the meal highly enough.If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed. The location, rooms, cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff all made our trip one we can't wait to do again.Thank you x
