Standard Premier Inn. The Premier Inn breakfast next door was truly bad. I should of realised when there was no one in there at peak time and had to find 2 seats that weren't covered in food stains. I always think, if they can't be bothered to clean the stuff customers can see, what else aren't they cleaning. Anything that didn't come in a closed packet was bad, pancakes, bread etc. Tasted like they been in a freezer for years. They also looked at me weird when I asked for boiled water to make a tea, rather then their lukewarm hot water dispenser. Either way with their low grade tea bags and UHT style tasting milk, a drinkable cup of tea was beyond reach. McDonald's down the road is a quarter of the price, and most importantly, edible.
Went there today was handed a large menu FILTHY informed girl was handed a second one was just as FILTHY then got up and left. If they can't present a clean menu then what does it say about food preparation.

No complaints. Great price, clean quiet and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Walking distance from town centre. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
