This is hands down THE best premier inn I have ever visited. The location is not the best but the staff are utterly outstanding!! It was our first ever stay in a hotel as a family. When we arrived with a 2 year old and a 3 month old they realised the room we had been given wasn't ideal and so moved us to something easier for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided me with a bowl for toddler snacks and extra Tea bags for a caffeine fix during night feeds.Then when my daughter was sick all over the bed at 11.30pm they were in and out with sheets changed and nothing but sympathy within 10 mins. Everyone asked how she was in the morning. They even washed her pyjamas for us so we wouldn't have sicky clothes in the car on the way home!! An absolute credit to the hotel chain. Thank you so much A12 staff for making our visit so special!!! Xx
Ideal location for overnight stay for long haul driving. Nice staff always happy to answer questions. Beds and rooms are kept clean daily. 5 minutes away from the park and ride into town centre, which is very cheap at only 3 for an entire day. Overall, a pleasant stay and worth a visit again.
For 23 you can not complain. It was clean tidey lovley bed and staff were very friendly. What you would expect from a primer in! I would stay again in a hart beat.
Handy for m25. Nice hotel, typical of premier Inn. Big comfy room and bed, clean and tidy, attentive staff. Welcoming.
Warming welcome. Very helpful. Everything explained clearly. Room very clean. Fan in the room and switched in which, on days like today (in excess of 30 degrees heat) was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again
