We really enjoyed this time in the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful and nice. It was a really nice experience for me and my boyfriend and we will definitely come back.
This is in a great location and as ever the bed and room is fantastic. I have never been let down by Premier Inn and will always use them when I get the chance.
We stayed for one night. Room was very clean and all staff were exceptional. Food was very good and service was 1st class. Would come back in a heartbeat. My only criticism was that I didn't see Lenny.
All you can eat breakfast plus kids truly eat free. Very family friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean with AC. Much much better than the supposed 4 star Best western hotel we moved out off in a hurry. Ratings are truly not a reflection of service.
A very well located hotel close to Castle park offering a easy and pleasant walk to the Castle, High Street shopping area and to the Priory ruins. The hotel is clean, quiet and staff are very friendly always prompt to help. The only odd thing was that you can't open the windows in the room. If you are claustrophobic or can not stand sleeping with the window shut, it is not a place for you.
